Well, Josh told me that he got her phone number, and that they talked for a little bit while exchanging information. so by all means, I think that Josh should ask her out, not only that, if it doesn't work out, big deal, she'll never see him again. but he also has to do it soon, otherwise it will be way awkward.

Call the girl, she doesn't even know you. If she says "no." then so what. Brad hit the nail on the head when he said you have NOTHING to lose.
You come out ahead on this either way.
Please do it. Who knows....maybe God is trying to make things obvious for you.

Yeah, but you guys, doesn't feel like you're just talking to yourselves. I mean, josh hasn't responded to these posts AT ALL. I mean, he totally should, but it more than likely is not going to happen, it IS josh afterall.
