Subject: A Word of Advice

Hey everyone,

I'd just like to say, if you ever find yourself in a position to take a class that involves "Phonetics" decline the offer. Seriously, like the dumbest thing ever. Ridiculous. I'm glad that I'm only doing it for the next week or so, it's just awful. Tim, I hope in all your Greek classes you have never/will never encounter such trite ponderings as Phonetics.

Are you talking Labials, dentals, fricatives, stops, glides, voiceless verses voiced fricatives, palatals and the like?

I guess we haven't got too far into it. I'll look foward to it though. Today we learned what sounds vowels make!
