Subject: The Two Towers

I have to confess that today I bought the extended edition of The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers. I told myself I would never do such a thing after the near-death of Aragorn to some "phantom worg-riders" who were never present in the book, but alas, I have once again indulged the pleasures of the flesh. Forgive me.

Mike.

(on a side note, I'm sure my meantioning "The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers" will change our Ad-bannery around here, keep your eyes peeled, first person to notice wins a prize!)

If you consider a DVD to be an indulgence of the flesh...I'll just leave it at that.

Yeah... it's probably more my endless drive towards happiness through material things and not my indulgence in of the flesh this time, but both are equally short-lived.

Mike.

Yeah, I also bought the Two Towers, but I also watched it. It held more true to the book than before, but they still have the unsightful approach to bringing Frodo to Osgiliath. That just plain sucks. But, on the plus side, they have flotsam and jetsam in it, and that's a treat.
