Subject: Talked to Sam the other day (the owner of Stop 'n Shop)

So anyway, I was talking to Sam the other day and he was telling me how he designed the logo for our store and wasn't very pleased with it. He thought it was just "too plain" and stuff. It really was, it's just Stop 'n Shop with blue and red lettering.

So we sat down to discuss possible new logos and came up with simply changing the logo to two lightning bolts with subtle "S" shapes. We placed these to lightning bolts next to each other and removed the "'n" all together, so the new logo is both subtle and clear.

Anyway... the new sign is arriving next month. We're also getting new uniforms: Black leather coats and black turtle necks with the double-lightning bolt logo on the collar. And we're going to be required to wear black boots. But this isn't starting til next month, and Sam wants to keep it a secret, so no talking about it at work. Especially, with Sam or Colleen.

Just thought I'd keep you guys informed. Oh, and I vote that we refer to next year's coming as "New Year's Steve" cause it sounds cool.
