I agree
Dennis did a great job of providing facts about the cpa.
The thing is that Roger, who Dennis and I have great respect for, has a real hard time with the land preservation stuff.
I don't get what is so hard to understand about the public benefit to purchasing development rights. If we spend all of our cpa money acquiring ownership of land,our money will not go very far.
Sometimes Roger losses sight of the "big picture"
