Imagine my surprise when one of my friends asked why I posted an opposing view of the one listed above on that other Dracut chat room, "Dracut in the Dark". I didn't, but obviously someone did, so I took a cruise over and there it was. This person had so much free time and so little imagination and scruples that she actually copied and pasted not only part of my posting, but my name as well!

However, what alarms me more is that Mr. Maraganis chose to post on that site and not on this one. As far as I know, the moderator of "Dracut in the Dark" does not have a show and Mr. Maraganis has not appeared on it. He DID appear on Weekly Round Table. A member of the voting public had serious concerns, and instead of addressing them, he chose to thank his cheerleaders on another site.

What does this say about his ability to be an effective school committee member? To me it says that he only wants to acknowledge compliments and does not want to be held accountable to parents and taxpayers. It is not all wine and roses and cheering. It is more often whine and questions and concerns and he would need to address them. Mr. Maraganis has not yet shown me that he can do that.
