Mitt Romney is thriving on the affordable housing issue, and would like nothing more to increase it on a statewide level. I strongly feel that the 40B is putting a strain on local towns, not only by eating up valuable open space, but making it a financial burden. Town resources will need to increase, and the way our budget is going, can we get an accurate forecast? I am sure we can, but it will take a strong understanding on how the ball is going to roll.

I feel our town government is taking the right steps in identifying a problem and working on a solution to resolve it.

I think everyone knows the main question. What is considered affordable? You are right when you say we are not getting credit towards the 40B with what we already have. Home ownership is a positive thing in life, and over the past few years it has been hard to come by because of the market boom. It is crazy!!!!
