Maybe I can answer some of the questions on bottling water. When I came on board has a Water commissioner, I also brought with it a plan to have DWSD look into the bottling concept. I have done research on the legal aspect, cost, location etc. All of the information so far gathered will be turned over to a business consultant, to see if it will be feasible to go forward. We plan on using the old building that use to house the DWSD. All three commissioners agree with the project. I have looked at how the operations would run and also placing safeguards on how the money collected would be used. All three of us agree that some sort of a safeguard must be in place in order to continue with the configuration, which will be set up. We have lots of work ahead of us, and hopefully the ratepayers will give us the opportunity of seeing this come to life.

George will be speaking more on this once we have all of information, but it is a concept that all three commissioners believe in whole heartily.
WE are presently working on getting two satellite wells going, and getting one new one, all of this will be done at our Dracut well fields. This process takes about 2 to 3 years, DEP is involved and it just takes that long, but we are all proactive in getting the District into shape for the future and trying to keep the cost down or eliminating it all together, providing that this project is feasible.
