Barry is right. We usually don't book guests too fast. That would imply a high level of organization, a level we are obviously lacking! And Jack and Barry are better organized -- and way better looking, too -- than Warren and I are. We sometimes get down to the ten or twelve-hour mark. (All Warren's fault!)
HOWEVER, breaking all land speed records for us, we were finalized this morning. We will have twenty-odd years' worth of Dracut State Reps:
JOHN COX, who served Dracut (and part of Lowell) for some ten or twelve years from about 1980 to 1992 (or thereabouts -- we'll ask on the show), went back into private practice and has now been the Lowell City Manager for three years.
COLLEEN GARRY, who has served since 1992 (or thereabouts -- we'll ask on the show).
Warren wants to ask about Gov. Romney, his budget, local aid, etc.
I want to ask John what it's like being a City Manager, does he miss us, and who his most and least favorite city councilors are (yeah, right!). I want to ask Colleen what it was like to work with John when he was a rep.
Do tell us if there is something else we should ask about -- and of course, any guest suggestions are always welcome.
