We understand the following people pulled and returned papers with sufficient signatures. Nomination papers are now closed. The next milestone is the beginning of April when a candidate can withdraw. If that does not happen, the following people will be on the ballot on May 5th. This is just from memory, so I might have some of the spelling wrong. (x) indicates the number of seats up for election and * indicates an incumbent:

Moderator (1): Dave Martin
Selectman (1): Dennis Williams*
School Committee (2): Karen Frederick*, Nancy Drolet, Ron Mercier
Library Trustee (1 full term): Mary Lee Mathews*
Library Trustee (1 unexpired term): Clee Ace* (who was appointed to replace her late husband Jim Ace)
Housing Authority (1): Gerald Suprenant
Greater Lowell School Committee (1): DJ Deeb*, Jeannie Balkas, Gerald Hould
DWSD Moderator (1): Donna Yaekel*
DWSD Commissioner (1): George Rancourt*, William Zielinski

So there are three contested races: three-for-two in the Dracut School Committee race, three-for-one in the Greater Lowell School Committee race, and two-for-one in the DWSD Commissioner race.
