 I think it may be time to see how Frank would defend himself in court.

I do think, because Warren is no longer a public figure, many of the attacks on him personally are now arguable in court.

And because Frank is not following the terms of use contract at Voy.com, I believe that voyager, info-systems, inc may be liable as well (and I know that they have assets, etc that are attachable).

And, it may just be pretty fun to have a court impound Frank's computer to do a thorough investigation of what is on the hard drive. Some of that might be interesting to bring into open court.

But, like I said, I ain't got the time to deal with someone that small
