I know this board is a bit slow Nigel, but it seems to have taken about two days to get this mesage on it! ;)
However, re. the tenancy bit - it's good to see that sense has finally prevailed (after the necessary threats were doled-out).
I wonder if Roth will be compensated for being illegally denied promotion last year? Let's not all hold our breath...
