Hallo!
Das ist so nicht ganz richtig!
Es heißt, das zucht und haltungsverbote weiterhin den Ländern vorbehalten bleiben! Damit haben wir immer noch die situation, dass einige BL zucht und haltung erlauben, andere nicht!
Geprüft wurde Gesetz nämlich nur hinsichtlich des Tierschutzgesetztes.
Da -aufgrund der Zahlen des Dt. Städtetages aber- von einer potentiellen und überproportionalen Gefahr einzelner Hunderassen aufgrund Haltung und genetischer voraussetzungen auszugehen ist, ist hier der Menschenschutz gefragt. Dieser betrifft die innere Sicherheit und ist Ländersache!
Das Verfassungsgericht hat also in der Sache richtig und vernünftig entschieden......nur gebracht hats nix!!!!
Selbst die Argumentation hinsichtlich er pot. Gefahr ist nicht von der Hand zu weisen!
