Two things: Who would want a 2nd birth if they could perceive living in hell? Also, I think we must all recognize this agony subconsciously: No one will allow themself a 2nd birth if there is ANY alternative.
If I remember rightly, on tape 2 or 2 of The Incarnation of Mutuality, I believe it's Tika (Janette Hursh) who cries out, "Saniel! You really ought to warn people about this (process)!"
And in Waking Down, Chapter 20, p121:
"The real bloodbath comes in the second birth...(I didn't neglect to say that this Shakedown really goes on and on, did I? If have, well, now, consider it said!)
I've asked both Sandra & Ted if the personal Shakedown ever ceases. Both said no (and implied at least it becomes not everything all the time, over time.)
But now, in 2nd birth, you cannot separate out from your own Shakedown nor the Shakedown of any other(s) you are proximate with - the Bodhisatva vow has become the Bodhisatva curse - which is one of the reasons mutuality is absolutely necessary.
We are all stuck, impaled, crucified, choiceless, really, Here for one/another.
