I love the way you express yourself here. The way your body speaks to you and the way you are with it, so honoring of it's messages.

Sometimes I just am lonesome. Sometimes even with others, I'm lonesome. I haven't felt down into the bottom of my lonesomeness all the way yet. I know that I have a stance I often take that says "I don't need anybody, I'm just fine all by myself" and I also know that that stance is much more comfortable than feeling the deep pain of the lonliness that engenders it.

Thanks for bringing all this to front and center here. I want to feel into this more.
