Hi to Ellen and Kyla and anyone else who is around. This question about the "EFWC" is one I've been working to clarify for a few months. I have to say that although I read over and over some of Saniel's writings on the subject, the meaning and description wasn't clear to me exactly, even though I was having the experience. Now I may be talking from a bit of a different viewpoint than you are Ellen, but hopefully what I have to add may clarify. This is in addition to what Kyla just said about how to start getting it awakened. What helped me alot was a clarification by one of the new mentors of the difference between attention and awareness. I don't know if this is a way to wake the witness, I just know it was very helpful for me to clarify that it is awake in me. He said that attention is like the cross-hairs of consciousness. When we focus on something, anything, that is attention. Awareness/Consciousness, on the other hand, is always there. It can be experienced like a sphere, and we are in that, part of that. At least that's what it seems like. Well, I hope this makes some sense:>
