Yes, who CAN tell what is a waste or not? Who is a "waste" or not? It is indeed only our inner critic, that bloody judge again; or the suspicion of other people's inner critics as they look at us and judge us.

And at the end of the day (or lifetime) WHO CAN SAY?? My answer to that is - NO-ONE. What counts as waste and what counts as not-waste? There is no judge except in our minds. But our conditioning is HUGE around this issue.
