Dear Cassie, What a beautiful, beautiful welcoming message. You know when I read what you say, I think you are going so deep in your process, and also you speak of holding so much in your Mother Arms that I suspect you are just way ahead of me. Then I think that comparring just doesn't make sense in this. It's just very individual. But one thing seems probable, that you will be such a great teacher when and if you are strongly moved in that direction. You will have run the gauntlet all the way. This will help so many. It struck me that you were in bed when you went to the bottom. I wake up in the morning and immediately do work with whats in front of me. Lately there is fear in my body, and I find my internal Mom to hold me until the fear relaxes. In thinking about your fear of the Up, Is it scary because if you go into this happy place, that you might have it ripped away from you? Is it risky in that way? (I hope you don't find this intrusive, Tell me if you do) That is what i discovered is why I used to be afraid to be happy, or recieve love, because I couldn't trust.I just happened to read something Saniel wrote about, that in the 2nd with we need to work to find Trust. You sound like you work very hard, and maybe it isn't time to do work arround trust, but I'm offering this just because, who knows, it might be helpful.
