Subject: I Am the Contraction Inside My Own Being Author: Gill [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 18:06:51 03/27/01 Tue Hi everyone It's almost 3am here (yes, Cassie, normally I'm 8 hours ahead of California time, but right now I'm 9 hours ahead, as our clocks changed last week-end). I haven't had much time to catch up with the postings these past couple of days but will tomorrow. I did catch, however, something about a gun and a casserole, snakes and some craziness... Will read properly tomorrow. Something BIG shifted tonight, which is why I'm still up. I just suddenly SAW that I was not my bodymind sitting in it all, I was the ALL inside of which my bodymind was a contraction, causing the complete illusion of separation. I was stunned and almost wanted to laugh at the obviousness of it! I'm pretty sure I'll have oscillated out of it by tomorrow - which is one reason I'm staying up so late! I have so much I want to share with you - the postings on this Forum really seem to be helping me along in this process. The "two voices" posting from Paul has been especially helpful. And today I kept staring at my stapler on my desk at work... Excuse me, I feel a little giddy and blown. This glimpse of total non-separation seems too good to be true; so "ordinary"; so fantastic; so something I'd never "get"; I'm already dreading the oscillation out of it; doubt arises constantly; the more violent the contraction the easier I see what I'm seeing.
