It seems to me that mutuality has a great deal to do with being able to be ourselves, all of who we are at the moment, whether it be in agreement or disagreement, anger or joy, and to know that we are with people where that is honored. Not necessarily the position or action but the person and that all effort will be made to close gaps, or to part if necessary but that in any case the decision will be made consciously.
