That is what I hear, supposedly, and know of a school that went through this, where as you mentioned they were a satellite school with a once a month visit, then got "reported", probably by somebody whose kid got beaten by them (nice what some of these people are teaching their own kids by their behavior). Anyhow, the whole school fell into disarray for awhile, and had to rearrange everything to comply with the rule. My question is, why should they be penalized heavily like this when I know so many others do it and nobody bats an eye?
