By the authority invested in me by our beloved King Stephen I Lord Althon do hereby claim these lands as my fief. These lands shall hense forth be known as the "Providence of Weldon" and as the Baron of Weldon, I do hereby proclaim the following:
1st. The Keep formally known as "Kendall Keep" shall henseforth be known as Weldon Manor.
2nd. All Crimes Against the State, being it an act of theft, fraud, or violence shall be treated as a offense one class higher than the King's Law. State is defined as any nobleman, civil servant or official, and military personal.
3rd. A bounty of five sovereigns is hereby offered upon the head of each gobliniod caught within the Providence of Weldon.
4th. Consealed weapons within any town limits shall be considered a Class Two Offense.
5th. The Theft of livestock, bests of burden and/or mounts shall be a Class Five Offense.
6th. Father Guntra of the Church of Mathus is hereby appointed as the Tribunal Justice over the town of Oakhurst.
7th. Guilds of any sort are hereby abolished within the Providence of Weldon, and there assests, holdings are hereby seized. The creation and/or membership within such shall be considered a Class Five Offense.
8th. All local laws and/or customs forbiding the practice of magic or its research within the Providence of Weldon is hereby abolished. And,
9th. The following shall be offered for immediate sale; The Guild House for the sum of 10,000 sovereigns, it's five private residences for the sum of 1,000 sovereigns each, and it's building that housed the Pawn Shop for the sum of 3,000 sovereigns. Each building is available for immediate inspection and occupancy. Individual buyers will be responsible for all future taxes upon such buildings, dwellings, and bussiness. All purchases must be for lawful dwellings and/or business.
The Tax Rate for buildings within Weldon Manor shall be the following;
Private Residences (no business is conducted): 1 sovereign per square foot per year.
Business (business is conducted): 5 sovereigns per square foot per year. Taxes are to be paid quarterly.
