The thing is, god is everything, God's not male, God's not female, or both, he's everything. you can't subject god to be a male or female because that'd be too close minded. God is everything that has been created. That'd be the most sensable thought on it. And you never know, maybe he didn't care that jesus was a female or a male. But in the time, women were the subserviant sex and if jesus was a female, nobody would listen to him. A male was really the only people who had a voice back then, so to get his message out, jesus had to be a male. But with open mindedness, it could have been mary to decide, wether the baby would get the X or Y chromosome.
