( - ; I don't think that this site refers to Wicca as New Age anywhere. As silverfox correctly points out, Wicca, as a religion, began with Gerald Gardner. This is virtually indisputable. Even most pagan admit this now. He borrowed from a number of sources and arrived at what we have today.
