 From how i look at beleif in christ and beleif in magick, it still works the same way to me. WHy cause for those who believe in christ it is a good way to create magick cause if you have a strong faith in any being it strengths your own state of mind thinking that person will be cured. Kind of like a wiccan might use a red cnadle for love because they associate love with that color and it triggers different parts of their mind. I believe that frankly thinking a thought is the same as magick just that it is not directed and focused strong enough to get a result. I Will touch on the last part of this later but i am going to head out to go to a move. ALthough there is one thing i am going to say before i go, yes i know to say i think may show uncertaninty but no one can be certain of anything for sure. I just acknowledge the fact while i am very sure that i won't be sure until i die and evne then i can't be sure for sure. Rememeber hitler thought he was doing god's will and god that god told him to get rid of the jews. You can not prove you are under god's influence or that your religious views are right or wrong. I am sure that every religious fundamentalist who committed some horrible act was as strong in their beleifs is you. Infact the truth is you me or vince can't even prove we really exist. Ya i know this is going out there in matrix land but honestly, is there anyone you can prove that all our lives aren't just one big illusion?
