 CJ - I rest my case, because all over this site I can see offensive comments about Christians. But I'm more concerned about telling the truth about Jesus than trying to prove others wrong. Why? Because I KNOW that my Redeemer lives and when I celebrate Christmas I'm thinking about Jesus. As I have previous knowledge of paganism I know what other festivals were celebrated at the same time, but that's not my concern. It's a time set apart for considering the gift that is Jesus. As for it being stolen from pagans, I think not, as pagans the world over are still celebrating their ancient festivals and doing their stuff whilst Christians are doing their thing.
