 Well, I'm not a pagan but Christian. But honestly, whatever a person is if they had the power to make someone else love them then they would always know in their heart of hearts that it isn't real love that the other person has for them. What makes love really love is that it is given out of a person's own free will. Outside of that you just have a robot. That's why God doesn't force anyone to love him either.
