Is to pledge a forever promise to one you love.
To take that person in your arms and to never let go,
Part of your spirit traveling with them on every journey,

Love so powerful you wish to die in their embrace,
Yet still accepting a loneliness of being left behind.
Realizing then that just to be held was worth everything,
