Throbbing always in endless searches for true love,
Some find more than one then in others nothing at all.
More arteries in one of them than any L.A. freeway,
And some broken ones you haven't seen are never repaired.

Both having more accidental collisions than most will admit,
Fenders bending more than emotions with each and every hit.
Still it's a pulse when feelings touch jugular that counts,
For where does blood flow freely if not from its source?
