I believe in the right of the individual to make whichever decision they want regarding smokers. While this extends to smokers, it also extends to non-smokers, and to business-owners. For example, while it is your right to smoke, it is the right of a business owner to ban smoking on their premises. It is also - despite recent legislation - within your rights to allow smoking in your establishment, and if a non-smoker does not want to be bothered with smoke then he should choose to take his business elsewhere.

Most of this problem is solved by removing socialism from our medical care system. We are moving ever-closer to a Hillary Clinton-esque vision of health care every day, and it is wrong. Smoked all your life, and now you've got big tumors in your lungs? Fine - Die. Didn't smoke all your life and now you've got big tumors in your lungs? Fine - Die. Or - if you've planned, saved and are able to afford medical care, then live a while on chemo - then die.

If people believe that these - or any other - people should recieve medical care from the public, then let the public give it to them - through charity - not government.

Oh yeah, and in response to:

>Robert, you left-wing ass-pirate, are do you expect to
>get rich if you don't ever work?
>Oh, that's right, selling your body to
>leather-skinned, iron-lunged, yellow nailed, old men
>may eventually get you rich.

First of all, ENGLISH ("are do you expect")! Second, I do work (sort of), and third - what the hell is wrong with being the boy-toy of choice for the nation's wealthy old men? Nothing.
