She gave him a gentle brush of acknowledgment. She appeared in the window, her coat covered her frame but still keep true to her slender shape. He eyed her pants. He liked those pants. His smile spread as she moved closer to the window and spoke. He watched the offer of a jacket trade but didn't turn his attention from his wife. "Yeah, the escape is fine." He took his jacket with a nod. He slid it on and savored the lingering smell of their warm house. "I cant remember if the front door is locked. Will you?" He asked, knowing she could switch the deadbolt with ease. "and the new cafe sounds great. Ashena, is that okay with you?"
