 Alicia had been enjoying a rather peaceful night at home in the apartment loft. Zeth for all purposes was off working and she hoped and prayed to whatever gods existed this was true. Having just opened up a book by Diane Whiteside when a loud noise caught her attention. It couldn't be one of the annoying alley cats, the noise was too large, so what was it? Standing only to stumble as the loft shuddered under some outter force - Alicia gave a mental curse as she noted the powerful waves coming from outside. This wasn't human - it was mythical and it sure as hell wasn't a vampire. "Where's Tarot when I need her?" Words muttered before ears were covered from the blood curling scream that the beast - now noted as a dragon - echoed off the roof top. Had she been simply human Alicia would have never of heard the scream the sound drowned out or reconized who it belong to even. "Oh for pete's sake!" Dashing out the door and nearly tripping on her haste down the front door of the warehouse loft and out the side exit Alicia glanced around for the rather death prone human. "ASHENA!" Name yelled out as she spotted the woman a few yards off. "Don't just stand there. Run!" Alicia wasn't human, but she had a human body. No superman beam of light or fancy gizmos like batman. Thankfully she did have some special abilities all the same. She could probably toss a few garbage dumpsters at the monster till Ashena had time to escape - though out running the animal afterward was not a very likely feat. She could also hover or levitate, but that didn't equal into flying. Her best bet was to get Ashena out of direct harms way then have them both duck and cover till a better superhero came along. "Its not like it can kill me - though if I scar because of this - Zeth is so getting the plastic surgery bill." Closing her eyes for a second Alicia focused her attention first on Ashena and then the nearby dumpsters - there were four - they'd have to do. "I said RUN!" Blonde woman growing a tad impatient with the female before hovering the four dumpsters and waiting for the beast to attack - she could only hope her distance and the distraction would be enough to get Ashena down into the basement of the building with her - running back up to the loft would be a foolish idea.
