 It was a quiet calm that settled over him as her breath out revealed the tensions in his shoulders. so, he moved to lay across the couch, stretching out his lean body "I'm sorry I left. I always leave and that isn't fair."

His grey eyes took in the room that hadn't changed even with the lack of care it had seen. He could thank the pixies for that. But the house was surprisingly empty of the biggest equation in their lives. "where is Alicia?" It was a soft and unloaded question.
