There is no such thing as "overseas pay". There used to be "Foreign Duty Pay" which was a whole hot $10 or so. The best you are looking at is about $200 max in extra income, plus Combat Zone Tax Exclusion (you still have to pay SS and Fica tax though, this just excludes you from Federal and State income tax).
