Look, it's hard to explain.

They're not involved in the dealing, but if a dealer wants, he can have his pills tested and get a stamp of approval, making sure that nobody is going to have a horrible trip and die or kill someone.

I know it's weird, nobody gets it, not even the Dutch, but it's like that anyway

Doesn't Interpol use international standards to measure people under poverty line? It'd be stupid if it didn't, I mean, Russia would go "Yes, our poverty line is 1 roebel a year"...

Ok, accepted.

I've read up a bit on the subject, if you're interested, I can write a bit about why I think there's such a difference in crime between the Netherlands and other European countries...

Btw; I've been trying to find more recent crime figures for our country, but our stupid Ministry of Justice site doesn't seem to have them.
