It would seem to me to be pretty out dated and old fashioned by today's standards? The original "Star Trek" series was pretty good, but then they actually had decent writers doing the shows (and it didn't last long enough to get all trite and hackneyed like it has after the new stuff and movies came along).

Wow they show programs like the Sopranos and Six Feet Under over the regular air waves down there? What about all the nudity and language? I know English and European TV is a lot more liberal and open minded about stuff than American TV, but is it that liberal and open minded?

I like DVD's too. They are getting to be so cheap now days, and the quality on them is so good that it makes sense to buy stuff you like. You just about can't rent them for less than what it costs to buy them!
