I did forget to mention prostrate health though (a major cause of dysfunction).

3 out of 4 men will have an enlarged prostrate. Out of every ten men with an enlarged prostrate, 7 will contract prostrate cancer.

If that isn't scary enough, the same number, 7 out of ten, will experience erectile dysfunction due to their enlarged prostrate.

Grape seed extract, Saw Palmetto extract, a good cardio workout and anything that promotes good blood circulation will help prevent prostrate enlargement.

Once you turn thirty, you should have your prostrate checked once a year by your Doctor.

Note: Tone's weekly prostrate check-up is excessive.
