Just leave that up to 'ol Dubya.

First we'll kill off a paltry million ragheads in the middle east and then we'll go blow up several million slopes in Korea.

I know that doesn't sound like many in world population numbers, but keep in mind how much these third world nations breed.

That combined with Aids and starvation deaths in Africa should help keep world population numbers in check.

Let's not forget the slavic/african penchant for ethnic cleansing either!

Then again, I'm sure we can count on a few more wars in the next couple of decades.

It's all part of gods master plan.
