Obviously I read with interest your comments and feel I should put you right on a couple of points.
Firstly I use one pseudonym/nick name, I have never been ashamed to pass my comments and observations under anything other than a name that is recognisable. I am sure the webmaster who ever he/she is can confirm this situation. I await your apology.
Secondly I never slighted your mother, I simply recycled a very old jock (if all else fails read the instructions).
Thirdly I never identified you by name as the person who caused the aggravation with the Lewes fans, you however have confirmed our suspicions.
Fourthly, as you appear to have gone public regarding my sponsorship of the youth team I reserve the right to respond. Would you be prepared to pay for a whole loaf and get half? My arrangement for the sponsorship of the youth team was quite simple. I provide the funding the club provides the exposure. I gave the club £500 in cash and was not provided with an invoice, presumably this cash did not go through the books and therefore they benefited regarding VAT or more importantly non payment of VAT. The kit arrived 2 months late, with the wrong logos printed, apparently I was sponsoring some catholic boys club. When the kit arrived the logo was reproduced in PINK. As part of the arrangement I would provide a link between my website and the club's, this would provide additional exposure for Croydon Athletic. This never happened.
I have provided you and others associated with the club with details of my e-mail address, some of the more adult members have taken up this option and we communicate on a regular basis. I now again offer you this opportunity to communicate with me on a personal level.
It appears that you along with a number of people associated with the club wish to dwell in the past, going on about previous achievements, unfortunately we are now living in season 2002/2003. The club has failed to move on, the board has supported a totally ineffectual manager, whose failure to accept responsibility we no doubt result in an on-going decline.
