Today, Friday, August 18, 2023 is the 90th year anniversary of the 1933 Miss Wisconsin pageant, held on Friday, August 18, 1933.

It was one of the largest (in the amount of statewide contestants and also spectators in the audience), most unusual, fabulously unique, and outstandingly presented, as well as the only Miss Wisconsin pageant to have been held on the shores of a lake. To read more, click link below this posting.

Well it should also be noted here that last Friday (August 11) was the 95th -- anniversary of very first Miss Wisconsin pageant 8-11-1927, 09:44:07 08/19/23 Sat
