candidates who also did not make top 11 or receive any special awards. Are they losers, too? You can never get it through that pea brain of yours that when you get to the national level, it's a crap shot. With a different set of judges, there probably would have been a different outcome. All of these young ladies are exceptional representatives of their state and definitely not losers.
