Well, it only took just less than three months and former Miss Wisconsin-USA 2020, Gabriella Deyi has already moved back to her native northern California after crowning her Miss Wisconsin-USA 2021 successor on May 23, 2021 in Wisconsin Dells.

And they said it would never last.

On a sad note, her mother, who was diagnosed with Bipolar 1 disorder prior to her Wisconsin pageant victory in September 2019, died last week. And Gabriella Deyi, now 29, moved back to California earlier this week, however she still has over two years left on her three-year term as a state board member of the Kids From Wisconsin program.

Condolences to Gabriella and the Deyi family. At least she stayed in Madison, Wisconsin during the time she had the longest-ever Miss Wisconsin-USA reign of 18 months all because of the COVID-19 health pandemic crisis.

But we all know an opportunist pageant border-hopper when we see them. Gabriella never had real passion and interest of working in Madison television news any longer than the time she had to as a contestant seeking state pageant entry and while holding the state crown, even during a pandemic.
