Subject: Something to wear in WisCOWsin??


This reminds me of Miss Wisconsin 1992, Stephanie Ann Klett's parade outfit during the 1992 Miss America pageant in Atlantic City, NJ which I believe a few other Miss Wisconsin representatives used when in Atlantic City.
