Racine actually had individuals and businesses that donated money for a specific scholarship --- Miss, 1st runner-up, 2nd runner-up, etc. As far as where else the money comes from for the scholarships that are awarded: ticket sales, 50/50 raffle, silent auction, People's choice, and also any fund raising that the organization may do during the year.
