Subject: Miss South Central/Miss Rock River Valley

I thought that Jenna Watkins and Catherine Smith had both aged out at competing in the Miss America program, and yet there they are once again competing in this competition. One has to wonder what the point is of them even staging this pageant when you know darn well they'll just be switching titles. And you'd think that after holding what is it (5? local titles) Jenna would finally figure out what the heck it is that she's doing wrong that she never makes top 10 at Miss WI.
