Subject: Cat Smith—Miss Jegi?!

Has anyone noticed that Catherine Smith has still been using her Miss Sourhern Wisconsin Instagram to promote her new title and market herself? I understand she broke away from the program, but why then is she still pretending to be the southern Wisconsin titleholder?

Anyone have any insight on whether this is written into contracts? She’s even going so far as to put #misssouthernwisconsin2018 in recent posts. Thoughts?
