Both of you are forgetting that two years ago the Kenosha pageant was on the verge of folding because they had no director. Then Laura stepped in for a year and then resigned because she joined the Miss America Board of Directors. It does make me wonder why she didn't resume directing the local pageant after she resigned. They did add an Outstanding Teen title this year, so their committee will have two ladies to prepare for state competition already. They know how much they are capable to handle, and it should be their call how many titles they want to award. Just be thankful there is still a Miss Kenosha competition and let it go at that.
