Actually, I did not forget BC. I still remember the canadian women that left BC. I also know that BC is kicking ass right now in the events that the canadian women should have been running in. The men at BC still like running not to mention that they are currently attending serious professional school in the Boston area. From my experience the women that left BC for the reasons that they did have not done a dam thing since they left. Had they have moved on and improved there performances I might agree that it is a problem with the situation in Boston. They left and have not even come close to running at there potential. The problem appears to be them. I am not saying that it is wrong to leave a school that they are not happy with. It is crazy though to blame the school for how you did. BC is running great in the women's didtances. This tells me that they are competent coaches. I have another question! Why do Canadians leave the schools they attend more than any other country. I am guessing this to be true. It appears like Canadians jump ship way to fast.

Cerian Shepard BC Transfered
Sandy Wells BC Transfered
Elizabeth Ben Ashi BC Transfered
Andrea Johnson BC Transfered
Kate Vermeulen WVU Transfered
Francine Darroch WVU Transfered
Jennifer Kehoe Kentucky Transfered
Tera Quinn Cambell Transfered
Mary Jane Richards Wisconcin Quit Running
Leslie Walters Wisconcin Quit Running
Jane Shannon Wisconcin Quit Running
Christine Boeck ?????????? Tranfered Home

This is off of the top of my head. It's a bunch of crap. I am of the opinion that we as coaches need to prepare the athletes for what they will encounter at an American University. This coaching thing is not brain surgery. We need to anticipate what the kids will encounter and not mislead them. This number of athletes all from the Ontario area is just nuts. This group has come out in the last 5 years.Stop blaming the system in america that has been so good to hundreds of Canadian athletes over the years. Realize that the athletes need to take responsibility for there actions and lack of performance. It is wrong to blame a coach for everything.
