Some pretty big names on that list, high school studs and such. Kate vermulen was given a great opportunity at WVU, prop 48 and all they still took her. She becomes NCAA champ then decides that UCLA and many other schools would be better. I heard she had release forms sent to dozens of schools that she thought were better. What an insult to a program and her coaches that gave her so much and then she turned and walked away. Walked away from a program that turned a decent runner into a champion. Disapeared off the NCAA planet lasting a year on the greener pastures of UCLA, I guess the grass isn't always greeener on hte other side eh! I heard she was back in Canada now giving it a go. She should have stuck with Coach Cleary at WVU, and kept getting better. Oh well some people just arn't all that appreciative of the work of others and take to walking over people.
