I have a great uncle that was in the 551st PIB for the 82nd Airborne and was killed at the Salm River (Battle of the Bulge). Lately, with this war going on, we have been wondering about the information about his battalion. His name was Salvatore John Piedescalzo. If you have any information, please pass it on..my father and my aunt would love to see it...
